COMMENTS
- During a telephone conversation with Nina Toms you were told that the NRC does not ^
retain copies of unfunded proposals. Therefore, the enclosed record identified on enclosed Appendix A identifies NRC funded proposals only. You agreed in your conversation with Ms. Toms to accept the enclosed record as being responsive to your request.
For your information, copies of NRC contracts, which contain the contractor's address and the amount of the contract, are available for public inspection at no charge and copying at a nominal charge at the NRC's Public Document Room. Also, the NRC recently received and responded to an F0IA request, F01A-89-106 (Schick) in which the requester asked for s list of all Phase I and II SBIR Awards for 1985 - 1988. Should you be interested in obtaining access to this F0IA request or any NRC contracts, please refer to the enclosed notice.
