The technical specifications for each operating reactor are filed by the NRC with the Operating License which are placed in the Operating License Stage Documents and Correspondence File (PDR File Category P) for each operating reactor docket in the PDR.
All changes to technical specifications are approved-by the NRC and are filed in the same file at the PDR with the correspondence notifying the licensee of the approved technical specifications. The information you request is therefore contained in the Operating Reactor License Stage Docket file at the PDR. i
