This is in response to that portion of your letter of March 8,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA),
all records which may be created in the future related to revalidation of Volumetrics software programs.
As Mr. David Meyer informed you during a subsequent telephone conversation, a request made pursuant to the F0IA applies only to records in the possession of the agency on the date the request was received. Since your request pertains to records to be created at some future date, the F0IA is not applicable.
This completes NRC's action on your request.
