This is in response to your letter dated March 10, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), all records related to NRC Allegation Case File RII-84-A-0145.
The Allegation Case File was previously denied to you in our response to your request F01A-84-768. A copy of that response letter and Appendix B are en-closed. This office has been informed that this case file remains in an "open" status and is considered to be extremely sensitive. The alleger re-quested confidentiality, and release of the details of the allecations could be directly attributed to that persen by the empicyer. Therefore, the denial of December 2?, 1984, stands.
