institutions or groups authorized to perform clinical radioimmunoassay ;
- tests. Your letter was received by the Office of Administration on October 3.
Under separate cover we are sending copies of the four computer lists you requested, as well as copies of individual licenses. There are 4,642 licenses for in vitro testing, and 1,126 licenses for medical use of byproduct material. The charge for reproducing these, at $.10 per 1-copy, amounts _to $576.80. The charge for the computer printouts, which we are considering as one item, is $6.13. j In your letter you agreed to pay for the copying charges. Please send a 1
