ORDER On February 9, 2021, I issued an Order requesting clarification from the parties on whether Ms. Hendersons hearing request was now moot, in light of the NRC Staffs rescission of the Notice of Violation issued to Ms. Henderson.1 Both the NRC Staff and Ms. Henderson agree that the hearing request is now moot and that this matter before the Commission should be terminated.2 This matter is now terminated and the docket closed. Ms. Hendersons response, which requests additional relief outside the adjudicatory process, shall be referred to the Office of Public Affairs and the Office of the Executive Director for Operations.
This order is issued pursuant to my authority in 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(j).
