l' SEPTEMBER 14 2000 Shift began reducing load to approximately 820 GMWe to perform Turbine Stop Valve and Bypass Valve Testing.

SEPTEMBER 14 2050 Shift began ascension to rated thermal power.

i SEPTEMBER 14 2106 The unit attained rated thermal power.

SEPTEMBER 30 1538 Shift began reducing load to approximately 705 GMWe to remove the 8th Stage "A" Feedwater Heater from service to repair a flange leak on the 7th Stage "A" to 8th Stage "A" Feedwater Heater Low j Level Dump Valve. Shift performed Control Rod Scram Time Testing I and Turbine Stop Valve and Bypass Valve Testing while at reduced load.

SEPTEMBER 30 2400 Shift continued to maintain approximately 85% of rated thermal

power to facilitate repair of the flange leak. l l
