Enclosures 1 and 2 contain safeguards information relating to changes to the Humboldt Bay Power Plant Unit 3 Physical Security Plan.
These changes consist i
of refinements made by PGandE to more accurately describe certain provisions of the plan, and changes incorporating the provisions of 10 CFR 73.57 into the plan. describes and identifies the locations of the changes. provides the revised plan with vertical lines in the right-hand margin of the pages to identify the changes. These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The enclosures to this letter contain safeguards information which should be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
