This report is required by Appendix B, Section 8.3 of the Humboldt Bay Quality Assurance Plan. contains Revision 25 to the "SAFSTOR Offsite Dose Calculation Manual" as required by Specification Section 4.2 of the "SAFSTOR Offsite Dose Calculation Manual." contains Revision 22 to the "SAFSTOR Offsite Dose Calculation Manual" resubmitted for the Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for 2012 to properly annotate changes with revision bars and dates.
