This report is required by Section 3.7.3 of the Humboldt Bay Power Plant Unit 3 SAFSTOR Quality Assurance Plan. contains Revision 15 to the "SAFSTOR Offsite Dose Calculation Manual" as required by Specification Section 4.2 of the "SAFSTOR Offsite Dose Calculation Manual."
