SUMMARY

At the beginning of the month, the plant continued to operate at reduced power goad following) at the request of the BPA for economic reasons.

On March 2 the plant was shutdown at the request of the BPA for economic reasons. The plant will remain in reserve shutdown until the beginning of the annual planned refueling/maintenance outage which is planned to begin April 13, 1996.
