WNP-2 OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21 REVISION 16 AND REVISION 17 TO OPERATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION (WPPSS-QA-004)
The Washington Public Power Supply System, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (A)(3), has made changes to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved topical report "Operational Quality Assurance Program Description (WPPSS-QA-004)."
The changes made in this revision (attached) do not reduce commitments in the program description as previously accepted by the NRC.
On May 26, 1993 (transmittal letter GO2-93-124) the Washington Public Power Supply System transmitted, Revision 16 to Operational Quality Assurance Program Description to the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Please be advised that we hereby withdraw our request for your approval of Revision 16 as we do not intend to implement it.
The changes incorporated in Revision 17 involve organizational changes which, as noted above, do not reduce commitments made in the previously accepted
- revision, reduce QA/QC independence, or result in changes to the Technical Specifications.
Vertical lines have been placed in the right-hand margin to identify text changes, additions, and deletions.
