An error in reproduction of the reference was discovered after it had been transmitted.
The vertical lines in the right hand margin identifying text changes, additions, and deletions did not appear on the copies.
The original version which was transmitted to the Document Control Desk does have the change indicators in the margin.
Your copy and the copy for your Resident Inspector do not have the change indicators, The attachment retransmits the proposed revision of the Operational Quality Assurance Pxogram Description with vertical lines in the right hand margin.
