The Washington Public Power Supply System, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (a)(3), has made changes to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved topical report "Operational Quality Assurance Program Description (WPPSS-QA-004)."
The changes made
.in this revision do not reduce commitments in the program description as previously accepted by the NRC.
The changes incorporated in Revision 14 involve organizational changes which, as noted above, do not reduce commitments made in the previously accepted revisions, reduce QA/QC independence or result in changes to the Technical Specifications.
