NUCLEAR PLANT NO. 2 ANNUALREPORTING REQUIREMENT LEVELOF FINANCIALPROTECTION In compliance with our licensing responsibilities under 10 CFR 50.54(w)(2), we report the following property and liabilityinsurance coverage for WNP-2 is in force:
Property:
$500,000,000 primary nuclear property damage and decontamination liability insurance with a $ 10,000,000 deductible written by ANI/MAERP.
Additionally, Bonneville Power Administration maintains $ 1,125,000 in excess nuclear property damage insurance (NEILII)on WNP-2 provided by Nuclear Electric Insurance, Limited (NEIL).
Liability:
$200,000,000 primary financial protection is maintained under ANI/MAELU, along with the maximum secondary financial protection.
