Dear Sir or Madam:

The purpose of this letter is to document a verbal agreement between JR Groom, Region IV Reactor Projects Branch Chief, and DM Wolfgramm, Regulatory Compliance Supervisor, for an extension of the 30 day requirement to submit a letter to contest a violation in the referenced report. Additional time is required to prepare the response. A response will be provided by the agreed upon date of December 22, 2015.
