. ' . 4 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Energy Northwest hereby requests a license amendment to revise'the Columbia Generating Station (Columbia) Cyber Security Plan (CSP)

Implementation date.

By Reference 1, Energy Northwest transmitted a proposed CSP and associated Implementation Schedule for Columbia. By Reference 2, the NRC transmitted Amendment No. 222 to the Columbia Facility Operating License which approved the Columbia CSP and Implementation Schedule. Energy Northwest has determined that the Implementation date specified in that Implementation Schedule should be revised.

As-stipulated by the NRC in Reference 2, changes -tothe Implementation Schedule require NRC approval pursuant to 1.0 CFR.50.90.

Accordingy, the proposed changes meet the elig~iiity criterion for categoical exclusion set forth in 10 CFR 51 .22(c)(9) and (12). Therefore, pursuant to 10 CMR 51,22(b), an environmental assessment of the proposed change is not required.
