Letter dated June 8, 2009, EJ Leads (NRC) to Holders of Licenses for Operating Reactors: "Relaxation of Order for Compensatory Measures Related to Fitness-for-Duty Enhancements Applicable to Nuclear Facility Security Force Personnel"

Dear Sir or Madam:

As directed in the reference above, Energy Northwest hereby affirms that the requirements of 10 CFR 26, Subpart I (Managing Fatigue) will be implemented at Columbia Generating Station :on September 21, 2009.

Based on the guidance provided in the reference, Energy Northwest understands that relaxation of Order EA-03-0, in its entirety will become effective September 21, 2009.
