Please find enclosed the information requested by Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2009-11 referenced above. The information is provided on NRC Form 536.

Specifically, the following information is provided: .

  • The number of examinations that Energy Northwest intends to prepare and the number of examinations we will request the NRC to prepare for calendars years 2010 through 2013.
  • . The number of initial license applicants to be tested and proposed and
