Dear Sir or Madam:
Energy Northwest Operates the Columbia Generating Station (Columbia) -Independent, Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) in accordance with the general license provisions of 10 CFR 72.210. The requirements of 10 CFR 72.212(b)(1)(ii) include the registration of a spent fuel cask within 30 days of using a cask for the storage of spent nuclear fuel. Accordingly, Energy Northwest provides the following.registration information associated with the HI-STORM 100 spent fuel cask system placed into storage on the Columbia ISFSI on February 22, 2008.
