Letter, dated December 15, 2005, WS Oxenford (Energy Northwest) to NRC, "Submittal of the Third Ten-Year Interval Inservice Inspection Program Plan and 10 CFR 50.55a Requests 31SI-01 Through 31SI-07 for Columbia Generating Station"
Dear Sir or Madam:
Energy-Northwest hereby withdraws1.0-CFR 50.55a request 31SI-01 for Columbia Generatin`g-Station -submitted in the letter of Reference 1. This request is withdrawn because Energy Northwest will be able to meet the Code requirements for the Category B-A, Item number B1.21 and B13.22 welds in the request. Columbia will submit a separate 10 CFR 50.55a request for Category B-A, Item Number B13.30 weld identification number AE after examination is complete on this weld during the third inspection interval.
