COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION, DOCKET NO. 50-397 EMERGENCY RESPONSE DATA SYSTEM, CHANGE TO DATA POINT LIBRARY
Dear Sir or Madam:
The following information is provided to the NRC in accordance with 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section VI.3a requirements. This regulation requires, in part, that hardware and software changes that affect the transmitted data points identified in the Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) Data Point Librarybe submitted to the NRC within 30 days after the changes are completed. On May 18, 2005 the Data Point Library reference,file for Point ID X088 (NRC ERDS Par~ame'te COND-AE-RADI) was'changed.-The following parameters were changed:
Engr Units/Dig States was changed from CPM to pCi/cc Minimum Instr Range was changed from 10 to IE - 5 Maximum Instr Range was changed from IE + 6 to IE + 2 Alarm/Trip Set Points was changed from 6E+ 5 CPM to 1.85 pCi/cc Plant Specific Point Desc was changed from OFFGAS POST-TREAT ACTIVITY to OFFGAS POST-TREAT ACTIVITY A Please see the attached ERDS Data Point Library reference file with the changes noted above.
