SUMMARY

Columbia Generating Station began and ended the month at full reactor power. On June 5th & 6th power was reduced to about 75% for control rod HCU recovery. On June 12th & 13th and 19th & 20th power was reduced to about 80% for control rod HCU recovery.

On June 10th power was reduced to about 77% in response to a control rod mispositioning event and petumed to full power later that day. On June 26th & 27th power was reduced to about 82% for control rod HCU recovery but power accession was delayed due to FW Heater and Condensate Heat Exchanger problems, which dropped power to as low as about 64%. Power reached 100% on June 30th.
