Dear Sir or Madam:
As required by 10 CFR Part 20.2206(b), Energy Northwest's Columbia Generating Station Report of Individual Monitoring for the 2003 calendar year is being submitted in electronic format. The report includes data for individuals for whom monitoring was required and those for whom monitoring was provided, but not required.
Regulatory Guide 8.7, Revision 1, recommends using the following format on NRC Forms 4 and 5:
- "NR" (Not Required) in the blocks to indicate the areas for which monitoring was not required.
- "ND" (Not Detectable) in the blocks where monitoring was provided but not measurable.
- "NC" (Not Calculated) in the blocks if the Committed Effective Dose Equivalent (CEDE) does not exceed 1 rem and there are no over-exposures in any dose category within the monitoring vear.
