Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 72.212(b)(2), Entergy Operations, Inc. is required to register use of each cask with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) no later than 30 days after using that cask to store spent fuel. This letter serves as notification that the following casks were placed in service:
- November 13, 2015 HI-STORM Cask serial number 782 containing Multi-Purpose Canister (MPC) serial number 473
- November 20, 2015 HI-STORM Cask serial number 783 containing Multi-Purpose Canister (MPC) serial number 474 Additionally, the following information is provided:
