Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 72.212(b)(2), Entergy Operations, Inc. is required to register use of each cask with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission no later than 30 days after using that cask to store spent fuel. This letter serves as notification that the following casks were placed in service:
