Revision 4 to the Vernant Yankee Physical Security Plan
Dear Sir:
This letter provides revision 4 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan which makes certain changes as requested by the NRC in Reference (b) and further explained in Refererre (c).
In addition to the changes made in accordance with Reference (c), we have made several other changes which are explained in Attachment A.
We have determined that none of the changes made by this revision result in a decrease of the effectiveness of the plan and t Mrefore it is forwarded for your information and use.
The Security Plan and Attachment A are considered proprietary information and shall be withheld fran public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790.
Please insure that the Security Plan Revision Transmittal Fonn is cmpleted and returned to us as required by Section 13.8 of the plan. We have not received these forms for Revision 1 to copies 3, 3b, 3c, and 3d, Revision 2 to copies 3, 3b, 3c, and 3d or Revision 3 to copies 3, 3b, 3c, and 3d of the plan which were sent to you on or about July 30, 1980, February 4,1981 ani July 16, 1981.
