End of cycle report

The end of cycle report reports the NRC's future inspection plans and any special inspection plans. It is a summary report from the NRC to a licensee half way through the year (July-Dec). Usually received in March. It is very similar in substance to the mid cycle report.
It is always labeled:

NoteNote: The 'year' is oddly the previous year. This means that the first (001) iteration of inspection reports for a year is finally given the next year.
NoteNote: New nameing sceme starting 2015. The 001 is now the first quarter. Update is needed when new numbering scheme starts
