End of cycle letter

The end of cycle report reports the NRC's future inspection plans and any special inspection plans. It is a summary report from the NRC to a licensee half way through the year (July-Dec). Usually received in March. It is very similar in substance to the mid cycle report.
It is always labeled:

Was previously labeled 001. A New naming scheme started 2015. The 001 is now the first quarter.
NRC Report 24 no longer exists. The security schedule is part of NRC Report 22 now.
