Reference 1 provided Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC) License Renewal Application (LRA) for the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS). Subsequent to submittal of a LRA, 10 CFR 54.21(b) requires that the application be updated annually to reflect changes to the current licensing basis (CLB) that materially affect the LRA contents, including the Updated Safety Analysis Report (USAR) Supplement.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 54.21(b), WCNOC has completed the annual review and is in the process of evaluating two changes to the WCGS CLB that may materially affect the content of the WCGS LRA, including the USAR supplement. WCNOC expects to complete this evaluation and if necessary submit any changes to the WCGS LRA.
