| Event Description | The following is a summary of information provided by the New Mexico Radiation Control Bureau via phone and email:
During a routine inspection, the licensee discovered that the normally open shutter on a fixed gauge installed on a pipeline was missing. The gauge remains installed and is operating normally. All planned maintenance in the area of the gauge has been suspended. The licensee has been instructed to obtain the assistance of properly trained and qualified personnel to assist with corrective actions.
