Event Description	The following was received from the Florida Bureau of Radiation Control (BRC) via email: A consultant for Tallahassee Diagnostic Imaging Center, notified the BRC of a failed leak test. [An imaging center employee] notified him that the leak test failed on 11 February 2021, which was confirmed by a lab in Atlanta on 16 February 2021.
