Title	Agreement State Report - Leaking Source in Gas Chromatograph
Event Description	On September 18, 2008, at 5:00pm, the state received a telephone call from the RSO of Nektar Therapeutics that their Aglent Technology gas chromatograph containing generally licensed source is leaking. This notification is based on the swipe test results report from their swipe test laboratory. Source Serial Number U8663, had a confirmed a positive wipe test result of 137,362 DPM which is a result of 0.0619 micro curies/sample. The RSO stored the gas chromatograph in a secured locked storage room where the storage is posted with 'Caution Radioactive Material'".
