Event Description	This event involves a mis-administration of a therapeutic dose of Sm-153. The written directive was to administer 74 millicuries of Sm-153. This dose was exceeded by at least 58%. The state will provide updated information as it becomes available. A "Medical Event" may indicate potential problems in a medical facility's use of radioactive materials. It does not necessarily result in harm to the patient.
