| Event Description | At 1330 ET on 3/15/04, it was determined that a contract supervisor had tested positive for drugs on an access reinstatement urinalysis test. Access has been denied. The individual had only been badged for one day. A work review was conducted and no safety-related activities had been performed. Contact HOO for additional details.
The licensee has notified the NRC Resident Inspector. |
