All differential pressure calculations have been completed by the preparer. The weak link calculations for all MOVs have been revised using a more rigorous methodology. The thrust requirements for all applicable gate valves have been calculated using the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) Performance Prediction Methodology. A topical report on valve factor selection has been completed by the preparer.
The thrust and setpoint calculations for all gate valves have been revised. All operability issues identified in the thrust and setpoint calculations for gate valves have been resolved. All MOVs have been risk ranked for periodic verification using the BWROG methodology approved by the NRC. Three (3) MOVs have been modified to increase the margins.
