Discretionary Crew Clock Reset

A Discretionary Crew Clock Reset (DCCR) is the optional version of a crew clock reset. Where a crew clock reset has a list of specific types of events which are considered "low level" human errors. The DCCR is meant to allow you to count an event as a human error even though it not as significant.
