The files were prepared in accordance with NUREG/BR-0006, Revision 9, "Instructions for Completing Nuclear Material Transaction Reports," dated August 2020, and Nuclear Materials Management and Safeguards System (NMMSS) Report 0-24, "Personal Computer Data Input for Nuclear Regulatory Commission Licensees," dated August 2016.
