The files were prepared in accordance with NUREG/BR-0006, Revision 8, Instructions for Completing Nuclear Material Transaction Reports, dated May 4, 2018, and Nuclear Materials Management and Safeguards System (NMMSS) Report D-24, Personal Computer Data Input for Nuclear Regulatory Commission Licensees, dated August 1, 2016.
