Dear Commissioners and Staff:
Enclosed is the Monthly Operating Report (MOR) for Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, for March 2005. This report is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 5.6.4 and NRC Generic Letter 97-02.
On March 22, 2005, the NRC issued License Amendments 180 and 182, 'Elimination of Requirements to Provide Monthly Operating Reports and Annual Occupational Radiation Exposure Reports." Therefore, this is the last hard-copy submittal of the MOR. In the future, this information will be transmitted electronically to the NRC via INPO's consolidated data entry database.
