In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), Pacific Gas and Electric Company is submitting change 25 to revision 18 of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP)
Physical Security Plan (PSP). These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). describes the changes to the PSP. Please withhold Enclosure 1 from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, as it contains security information. contains all pages of the sections or appendices that incorporate Change 25 to Revision 18 of the PSP. Specific changes are indicated by sidebars in the margin. Enclosure 2 contains Security Safeguards Information and must be handled in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
