Dear Mr. Martin:
This letter clarifies two answers provided in PG&E Letter DCL-02-028, dated March 18, 2002, "Twenty-Day Answer to NRC Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures." This clarification is in response to conference calls with the staff in which PG&E committed to submit clarification to the answers provided for interim compensatory measures (ICM) B.3.d and B.4.e. The enclosed clarifications to these two answers supersede the two answers provided in DCL-02-028.
