Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Haddam Neck Plant Nuclear Liability Insurance Coverage The purpose of this letter is to provide the NRC with proof of financial protection in the form of nuclear liability insurance for the Haddam Neck Plant in accordance with 10 CFR 140.15(e).
