Analysis of Indeterminate Exercise Outcomes Number of Year Indeterminate Summary Exercises These exercises were indeterminate due to: excessive safety or 2006 4 administrative holds; insufficient exercise control; or extreme malfunctions of exercise simulation systems.
These exercises were indeterminate due to insufficient exercise 2007 5 control and/or administrative holds.
These exercises were indeterminate because of insufficient exercise 2008 4 control and/or administrative holds.
These exercises were indeterminate because of insufficient exercise 2009 4 control or excessive administrative holds.
These exercises were indeterminate because of drill artificialities, 2010 4 insufficient exercise control, responder actions, and/or safety concerns for the exercise participants.
These exercises were indeterminate because of drill artificialities and 2011 2 exercise control issues.
These exercises were deemed indeterminate because of site 2012 2 controller training and controller performance failures.
These exercises were deemed indeterminate because of site 2013 2 controller training and controller performance failures.
