- 1) Request to Amend Validated Export License XCOM0513
- 2) Request to Amend Validated Export License XCOM0513
- 3) Request to Amend Validated Export License XCOM0534 In these letters you requested that amendments to your export licenses be issued to increase the dollar value of equipment authorized for shipment and, in the case of XCOM0513, to add new facilities to the license.
I am pleased to inform you that a general license for the exports contemplated under your licenses is in place. The specific license is no longer necessary.
A copy of the NRC Rules and Regulations, 10 CFR 110 is enclosed for your information. You will find the general license for components in paragrapgh 10 CFR 110.26, entitled " Export of Nuclear Reactor Components". Please note that the general license covers items listed in 10 CFR 110.8(a)(5) through (a)(9) for light or heavy water-moderated power and research reactors, but it does not extend to items (a)(1) through (a)(4), for which a specific export is required.
