Amendment Number 03 to the subject license allows GE to export nuclear reactor components listed in U.S. regulations 10 CFR 110 Appendix A (5) through (9) for 1) testing purposes; 2) qualification; 3) use as models and 4) manufacture to any ofge countries listed in 110.26(a). The components may be retained by the various companies or returned to the United States.

As this license expires 31 December 1999, we are asking that the license expiration be extended to 31 December 2004. Additionally, please add " item 5) for training purposes."
Enclosed is General Electric Company's check no. 0014463439 in the amount of
$180.00 payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the processing of this request for an amendment to the export license as required by law.
