Dear Sir:
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) intends to submit an application for license renewal for James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant in July 2006.
In References 1 and 2, Entergy updated the license renewal application submittal schedule, which included the schedule for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (Pilgrim) for submittal in January 200D. Reference 3 updated the license renewal application schedule for Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station for submittal in January 2006.
Entergy's schedule for submitting license renewal applications, as identified in Reference 2, remains unchanged.
