Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) intends to submit an application for license renewal for James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant in July 2006.In References 1 and 2, Entergy updated the license renewal application submittal schedule, which included the schedule for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (Pilgrim) for submittal in January 200D .Reference 3 updated the license renewal application schedule for Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station for submittal in January 2006.Entergy's schedule for submitting license renewal applications, as identified in Reference 2, remains unchanged.
