Dear Sir or Madam:
In the referenced letter, the NRC staff approved the use of Relaxation Request #1 to NRC Order EA-03-009 for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1 (ANO-1). In the letter, the staff requested that Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) review information contained in the safety evaluation to determine if it contained any proprietary information. Entergy has reviewed the safety evaluation and has concluded that it contains no proprietary information.
This letter contains no new commitments.
