Dear Mr. Collins:
Plans for Entergy's annual senior staff meeting with the NRC are being finalized.
The meeting will be held in the Auditorium of our Echelon One Building Offices, in Jackson, Mississippi. The meeting is scheduled to start at 7:00 a.m. and conclude by 2:30 p.m. to permit afternoon flights home from Jackson. Conference Room 103/104 has been reserved for your use during this visit.
We have discussed preliminary details of the meeting with Mr. Thomas Alexion, NRR and we understand that Mr. John Zwolinski plans to attend this meeting. The meeting agenda, invited attendees list, a local area map and a list of suggested hotels with telephone numbers are enclosed.
