24-MONTH REPORT OF CHANGES TO RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL PACKAGES QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM In accordance with the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 71.106(b), Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), is submitting the 24-month report of changes made to the approved Radioactive Material Packages Quality Assurance Program (PQAP). Currently, TVA maintains Quality Assurance Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages, Approval Number 0227, Revision 16, Docket Number 71-0227. This letter provides a report of changes made to the TVA PQAP that do not reduce commitments for the 24-month period of August 13, 2019, through August 13, 2021.

Removed abbreviation for Radioactive Material Shipment Manual (RMSM), a document for information only.
Organizational position titles and reporting relationships were updated to match the current TVA nuclear organization.
Removed reference to RMSM in Steps 4.1.4, 5.0, 6.2, 6.3, 8.5, 8.6, and 10.0. These sections refer to applicable TVA nuclear procedures.
In Section 13.2 regarding regulatory guidance, the following administrative changes were made:
o Removed reference to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Draft Regulatory Guide DG-7004, Establishing Quality Assurance Programs for Packaging Used in the Transport of Radioactive Material o Changed NRC Bulletin 79-21 to Information Notice (IN) 79-21 o Changed NRC IE Bulletin 83-10 to IN 83-10 o Added NRC IE Bulletin 79-20 Justification/Bases for Changes These are routine changes updating the PQAP to reflect the current state of the organization, administrative changes for clarity, and non-substantive changes to editorial items.
These changes did not reduce any prior commitments in the TVA PQAP.
